Workflow: Collect public research, assess relevance and evidence, review findings, and keep structured research documents current.
Output: Papers, trial views, digests, a knowledge base, and a local overview dashboard.
Operation: Scheduled local agents fetch, assess, score, and synthesise research into local structured data.
Provider access: Configure the chosen research providers. Some require API keys, while others permit limited unauthenticated access. Supply your own credentials where required; provider terms and rate limits apply.
Interface: A local dashboard presents papers, trials, digests, and the knowledge base.
Adaptation: Using the pattern for another disease or topic requires deliberate changes to scope, taxonomy, queries, evaluation flags, paths, schedule, and dashboard.
